3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact our support team at contact us page with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Securely pack the product and include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
